How to apply:
Apply little quantity Durga Balm on the affected painful areas. Rub with fingers till Balm gets fully absorbed by skin and leave it as it is. For cold and nasal blockage, little quantity of Durga Balm can be put in hot water and vapours be inhaled. It relieves nasal blockage.
