However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. This Return Policy explains how to return products, what is eligible for return, and the steps to follow for a hassle-free experience.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products purchased on our website within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product should not be opened, altered, or damaged in any way.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exceptions to this policy:
- Products that are marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase or in the product description (such as personalized items, opened health supplements, or consumables).
- Items that have been used or opened, unless defective.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless otherwise specified).
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at care@balyogi.com or call us at +91 9892819975 to request a return. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable, e.g., damaged or defective items)
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the return shipping instructions.
- Pack the Item: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation that came with it.
- Ship the Item: Once you receive the RA number, ship the item back to us at the return address provided. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for certain items, including:
- Opened or used health supplements and medicines.
- Items that have been tampered with or used.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the item is defective).
- Refund of Return Shipping Costs: In cases where the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please keep the shipping receipt to claim a refund for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

Returns for Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, the return process remains the same. Please contact us to initiate the return, and we will issue the refund to the original payment method. A gift recipient will need to provide the order number or a proof of purchase for returns.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel the order, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our return process.
